Good teachers are the foundation on which quality education rests. With the objective of teachers’ empowerment, Vidya Bharti organised a workshop for the teachers of English. The workshop was held at Gita Niketan Awasiya Vidyalaya, kurukshetra from March 30 to April 2. It was attended by 39 teachers from various schools of Vidya Bharti, Haryana. Various eminent resource persons Sh. Vineet Aggarwal Ji, Dr. Sunita Kulshreshtha, Dr. Tanu Gupta, Sh. Inderjeet Dang & many others were invited to enlighten the teachers. The resource persons discussed
the correct usage of grammar and how to make teaching more effective and interesting. Participating in informative and exciting group discussions, interactive sessions made the workshop a wonder. Participants were introduced to a variety of materials available, online presentations and also how they can connect collaborately with the real world outside. The workshop really provided the potential to build knowledge about the language and induced the most effective way of learning i.e. seeing is believing and doing is retaining. Sh. Bal Kishan ji (Sangathan Mantri, Vidya Bharti), Sh. Ravi ji (Sah sangathan mantra, Vidya Bharti), Sh. Ram kumar ji (coordinator, Teachers training program ), Sh. Anil Kulshreshta ji (Principal,SMB Kkr), Sh. Narayan ji (Principal Gita Niketan ) also led the path of teachers with their motivational words.
